Best doctor around and an amazing staff too.
The first psychiatricist spent the first 10 minutes discussing my medications and the remainder telling me about her family. With such poor support I found myself in crisis. Fortunately, I became a patient of Dr Parks and continue to be. She changed my medications and began therapy. I made progress for the first time. She has helped me through many crisis as my mental health challenges change. She listens and offers suggestions. We make changes to my medication, as necessary, always discussing each one first. If you have options, explore them. There are much better Doctors out there that are actually out to help people. The front office is confrontational and difficult to deal with. The zoom appointments with the doctor are an exercise in how fast the doctor can get off the call as well as watching her stare at a computer screen. If you want real lasting help I suggest someone who actually understands and cares.
