It is a Sunday and my mother is ill. All I need is to know if a certain cold medication is causing her heart rate to be elevated. But to contact a provider MAY COST ME EXTRA. Really? Poor service
I had to wait a while for Dr Chan to be accepting new patients and it was well worth the wait! Along with her wonderful, competent staff is a phenomenal physician who is kind, extremely knowledgeable, talented and trustworthy I don't know if I would be here if Dr Chan was not my physician with everything that I had going on with me. There's nothing negative that I can say about Dr Chan and her staff. Thank you for accepting me as your patient.
I used the telemed option for the first on Easter Sunday! I live in North Pole, AK and there was no way I was going to treatment for an abscessed tooth (I looked like Shrek). I set the appt, answered the health and insurance questions, my appt was at 12:30pm, I had my meds and found relief by 3pm. She was very thorough and kind. 5 Star treatment as far as I'm concerned!
