She suggested methods that were very effective. One of the first things I was taught was sleep temperature. I was waking up every hour because I was too warm. Never got that far! She couldn't explain to me where her office is (I guess it's in her house, but who knows)--my iPhone guided me to a large orthopedic practice at 214 Roper Mt. Rd. Ext. Wasted 2 hours coming from Clemson. I specifically requested, by email the day before, that she send me any special directions and to confirm our visit. She never got back to me, nor did her office staff. (She said she hadn't checked her email--what??).
