Saw her yesterday in Massachusetts. Only eye dr who had ever listened to my concerns. She was so nice and made me feel my concerns were valid. She was funny and I just had a great experience
She is obligated to her patients needs. Always out and canceling appointments, never follows up with prescriptions needs, leaves her patients hanging. DONT see her
She acts like a little teenage girl. Very unprofessional and cares more about impressing her little girlfriend staff members, than caring about her patients. My granddaughter left there in tears because she thought making her staff giggle was more important than my granddaughter’s eyes. I’m sure another beer party for teenagers in in this Drs cards.
Dr Frame is great. The receptionist that answers the phones is unbelievably the most unprofessional person. She is always angry and rude.
