My husband and I have seen Dr. Bell since 2017 and I think she used to be an excellent doctor. However, the practice seems to have been corporatized and when I called to make an appointment for an annual checkup, I was told I was dropped as a patient and in any event she had zero appointments within the next year (!). I was shocked and asked that she please call me to discuss but she never did. Also, my husband did not receive any follow-up from recent scans and tests. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Joana Bell at IM Health for over 10 years, and we couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She is not only one of the best physicians at Mainline but also incredibly experienced, thorough, and thoughtful in her approach. Dr. Bell always takes the time to listen, offers clear advice, and ensures that we feel confident in our care. We are truly grateful to have her as our doctor and appreciate her dedication to our health and well-being.
