This doctor is an absolute POS. First off, let me elaborate, so I was the victim of a botched surgery from a previous doctor. I had a second opinion with this doctor. As soon as this doctor walked in the door he was extremely defensive towards the other doctor saying that doctor did nothing wrong. He then proceeded to tell me what the doctor told me was a lie that I was lying to him that the doctor didn’t say that when my wife and I were both there and both visit’s. My experience at this hospital was very disappointing, both good and bad across the spectrum. I'm not targeting everyone. I'm just saying what I've experienced. I saw this doctor's team and the doctor did not accept the suggestions made by the patients, and the service attitude deteriorated because I made different suggestions. There seems to be a sense of revenge. The recommended specialist performed a vocal cord test through a laryngoscope for several minutes without spraying anesthesia. The care at the Mass Eye and Ear Main Campus was fine. But, the ER waiting time topped 3.5 hours. And, prospective patients were packed into a small waiting area for the duration. At one point, 17 people filled the waiting room- with no effort made (... on the part of the hospital) to create space where folks could socially distance. In the era of COVID, this is a breeding ground for spreading the virus and totally unacceptable.
