There's so much I want to say. I first brought my youngest to Joan I want to say around 2008 ish but don't hold me to it. Joan quickly become a trusted part of my daughter care team. Never pushing for more than what was needed. Fast forward to find both myself with 2 aids and oldest with two aids! We were all under 42! With a rare type of loss. Sadly youngest and I had a change in insurance, but Joan made sure we were in good hands! My mom also see the team in Peabody office!
