I see her at Somerville and Dr. Lee and her nurse are great. She’s very kind and thorough. The front desk clerk is very sweet and organized. The office however leaves much to be desired. Average appointment is 2 hours because they’re so unorganized. If you’re there when they have vision exams you will wait over an hour just to get in there. Additionally there are a couple staff members that have made snarky comments.
