Have been seeing Dr Lee at the Bridgewater location for a few years. She’s a great doctor and very thankful for her care. Would recommend for any eye issue but especially inflammatory eye conditions.
My mom recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Joan Lee, and we are very thankful for the excellent care she received. Dr. Lee was very kind, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly before the procedure. She made my mom feel comfortable and confident. The surgery went very smoothly, and my mom’s vision has improved a lot. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We truly appreciate Dr. Lee and her team for taking such good care of my mom. Highly recommend
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Joan Lee. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. I see her at Somerville and Dr. Lee and her nurse are great. She’s very kind and thorough. The front desk clerk is very sweet and organized. The office however leaves much to be desired. Average appointment is 2 hours because they’re so unorganized. If you’re there when they have vision exams you will wait over an hour just to get in there. Additionally there are a couple staff members that have made snarky comments.
