Dr. Blomquist is a compassionate physician. I preferred a female doctor for a procedure. As an established patient of hers she accepted me for the procedure that she is capable of although generally no longer practicing. Praise the Lord for being willing considering that my female PA is in a practice with a male doctor, which I just did not prefer a male to do my procedure. THANK YOU! Dr. Joan L. Blomquist,… I don’t know if you’ll read my reviews. My gynecologist Dr. Michael Giudice referred me to you because I have a special case going on. I tried to make an appointment with you at the GBMC, but I was answered by a rude receptionist who said your office only deals with patients who prolapse. UTI and urinary incontinence. This person not only refuse to listen, but immediately interrupts me and put me on hold. I tried to call the office several times, and my call is now going straight to voicemail.
Have been seeing practitioners in this office for years. Always treated well and promptly. Front desk is also very kind and helpful.
Sadly, my mother’s GYN, Dr. Blomquist, will not return my mom’s request to discuss her case. Glad the doctor does do ok for others. Just not for my mom. We keep trying to explain things, no one calls. Today, we found that an RN, Janis Logan, doesn’t even contact my mom’s direct care physician for clarification. Feeling like GBMC is not the place to go for care!
