Amazing doctor. Jo-Lyn performed tonsil and adenoid surgery on my 4 year old. She was kind, caring and answered my many, many questions. Procedure went great and after care was grand too. Jo-Lyn’s EA’s were so lovely and helpful too! Thank you Jo-Lyn!
Dr McKenzie was kind and warm. She explained my assessment results in detail and gave me information about my options for management. I rarely find this is the case with medical specialists. I will happily see Dr McKenzie again in the future and would recommend her to others seeking an ENT.
Dr Jo Lyn operated on my stepdaughter's ear to remove a growth. We had consulted with surgeons in Melbourne but my stepdaughter was too anxious to go through with the surgery. A recommendation from a friend led us to Dr McKenzie and we made an appointment while on a trip to Brisbane. Jo Lyn's gentle professionalism put my stepdaughter at ease and the minor surgery was performed quickly and easily. Dr McKenzie went out of her way to provide post-op check ins after our return to Melbourne.
Dr Jo-Lyn McKenzie is an marvellous surgeon! My daughter had a procedure on her ear and was very nervous about the surgery. Jo-Lyn was calm, kind and reassuring. She was able to put my daughter at ease with her warm and informative bedside manner and follow-up. The surgery itself was very tidy with no visible scarring.
Would recommend Dr Jo-lyn McKenzie to anyone, you will be in good hands. I felt well informed from start to finish and my procedure went very smoothly. The results have been such a relief!
