I visited Dr. Rosenfeld several times, attempting to treat severe neck pain. She continually dismissed my pain. When I asked to be referred to a specialist, she accused me of being "overdramatic", and insisted I only had "muscle spasms" and that she could not treat me because I had "no disease". I finally got an MRI and have been diagnosed with a degenerative disk disease, which is causing my pain. Do not see this "doctor".
I am not the type of person to write a bad review about a physician. I recently moved back up to Northern California from Southern California. I have never had a bad experience with any of my doctors in the last 15 years. Dr. Rosenfeld was not only abrasive and short with me, but she made me feel like my conditions were not real. She was extremely quick with me and spent probably about 10 minutes in the appointment. I left wanting to cry. I do have to say the other staff was great.
