Not only did I wait 2+ hours, didn’t even get seen, eventually they admitted that they forgot about me entirely so I left. The girl on the phone was just so rude when I accidentally called them instead of another office (they use the same platform). This office is unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. If you can’t do your job properly or don’t want to, just don’t work there. Just do better…

I tried desperately for over a year and a half to work with this office regarding stomach ulcers that were keeping me from work. I never met with dr. Jircik once, all of my care was through a nurse practitioner/ Physicians assistant. All medications we tried were through my own research, all they suggested was pepto and nexium. My mom says this doctor saved my Dad's life by feeling his neck one day he could tell that he had carotid artery blockage on both sides. Thank you doctor. I just wish that this office could be a little bit more modern when you talking to the patient you have that little computer in front of you you talked about prescriptions push the button and send it to the pharmacy.
