I am writing this review for a friend, Deborah Patton, but my name appears because I am doing this review on my phone.This being said, her words... "I only give 1 star because all of the staff and Doctor Dong were nice to me...But after surgeries on both eyes, I have been back three times and they say surgery went well and lens were properly inserted, even though I told them that my vision had not improved. I had cataract surgery on both eyes in 2018. Its great to have eyesight like I had 25 years ago once again. I was very pleased with Dr Dong and his staff!

I have been a patient for many years. For the first time last year, I was given the wrong prescription for my glasses. I have a hard time getting them corrected. For many years I put up with Dong's unkind comments because I thought maybe he was a good doctor. Nobody's perfect. But office staff is now totally rude and refused to get me an appointment to correct their mistake. Bad things happen for the best. I was told I had to wait more than a month for an appointment. First impressions are paramount. The receptionist had the nastiest attitude ever. Will never come back.
