This is the best practice in the area. The staff is all so nice and Dr. Park is the best!!
Horrible Office!! The doctor Hong did not explain to me the test results even though I had a positive finding. He gave me no explaination as to how to prevent my condition from getting worse ! I did not receive my pathology report after asking twice. The staff lost my test sample and I had to do the test over. No one answers the phone or calls you back. Any other doctor would be better !
I agree no one answers the phone! You hit No. 1 to request an appointment and you either get disconnected, or just hear a recording. Same happens with hitting No. 2. Finally hit No. 3 and spoke to a person, was told they would transfer me to the procedure department, and was again sent around in circles! They have gotten to big and their practice is falling apart.
No one ever picks up the line.
