Dr Conrad and her staff were amazing. Everything went smoothly and I’m very satisfied with the whole process. She was very thorough and patient in making sure that my prescriptions for my progressive contact lenses were accurate. So glad I found them!
The doctor gets 5 stars, he was excellent!!! HOWEVER half of team have bad attitudes and are not professional.(Sidenote: My husband has expressed the same when he visited for his examine) but I really needed glasses so I returned. I should have listen to my gut because most of the attitudes were the same ( Their was one lady helping me with my glasses was really sweet, so because of her and the doctor I thought okay this was turned okay for me today!) Came in during my lunch break at 12. Staff were extremely friendly and did not rush me. Dr. Conrad was very friendly and answered all my questions. Overall wonderful experience. I was in and out in 40 minutes
