Please don't expect much from the receptionist. She is really angry and should not be in a Customer relation role. Dr Jimmy is great though.

Dr. Jimmy Nguyen is fantastic, but my experience with the receptionist has been incredibly disappointing. I was trying to confirm a compulsory appointment for my client, which is crucial as it's scheduled monthly with the doctor. When I called to inform her I was coming in, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. She initially claimed she had no availability and couldn’t accommodate us today. Been seeing Jimmy since he opened (~15y), Moved from area but still he’s my doctor of preference. Always polite and with a smile. He practices with wide knowledge, always gives tips how to keep weight off too. Dr Nguyen keeps fit and heathy and that’s also a great characteristic of a doctor. Bravo Dr Nguyen and many thanks for your service.
