Dr Lam is gentle and thoughtful, and explains very clearly of details. His secretary Deb is also very kind and efficeint.
Recommend Dr Lam highly as he was very informative before the operation and helpful afterwards. Operation went will with no issues or problems.
Having spent 8 years going from one Urologist to another (and to another) to try to fix the problem that the first guy caused, with Doctor Jimmy Lam I think I've finally found the right one.
