I had CMC joint surgery a few weeks ago and so far, I'm not impressed. I believe Dr. Jiang is a good surgent. However, he's always in a hurry and is very brief in his explanations. And after the surgery he's completely done with you and turns you over to the PA. Apparently, I'll never see him again in any of my followup appointments. The PA is ok, but she acted annoyed and had a bit of an attitude when I ask questions about my surgery and recovery. He is an excellent surgeon. My reverse total shoulder replacement has been great. Much better than the other one done by another surgeon!
Dr. Jaing is the best! He always fixes us right up and gets us back to our activities. His clinical and admin team are amazing and we are so grateful!
Had an appointment to see Dr. JIANG - two weeks waiting. Possible tendonitis, but important for me to consult with a specialist. The day before my appt, received a call that I was being moved to a PA, but that Dr. JIANG would "pop in" if needed. First, I waited two weeks calling frequently to see if there had been any cancelations. I did not make an appt to see a PA.
