We are glad to have Dr Tsang as our family doctor for years. He is responsible, get me all the tests examinations I need without any hesitation. He made all the necessary referrals (also very great and experienced doctors) in no time. Not to mention he saved my wife. That's true, he is not perfect. He won't spend time to have casual chat with you due to his tight schedule . The clinic is busy and you may need to wait for a bit longer. Great place! Very responsible doctor.
I have been with this family doctor for 10 years. He has always looked after my health issues. Has always done a physical on me without me asking and this made me feel healthy and good. I have been with several family doctors in the past. Seriously Jim is probably one of the best family doctors I have had.
One of the worst. Receptionist is always rude or sounds like she borderline hates her job and always trying to rush people off calls. The doctor is always so delayed on responses and providing diagnosis, even if cases could be considered a small emergency. I fully understand your practice wants to bill and get as much money as possible, however, you should also provide quality treatment/service. The way you handle your patients are VERY questionable.
