Cannot recommend Dr Jim enough! We were able to get in early to see him and he organised all of our tests ahead of our appointment so that we could actually discuss the result and strategize our fertility plan. At the appointment, I found Dr Jim such a caring person who patiently spent the time explaining our results to us and the options we had. He even called us on the weekend to share some good news. Jim gave me my miracle baby after going through many rounds of IVF. He explored areas and ideas and did testing where other drs didn't. He also did my surgery for stage 4 endo/ adeno. He took the time to help me when he was on sick leave and called me whilst he was on holiday to congratulate me. A+
I absolutely agree with the other patients. Dr. Jim Tsaltas is highly skilled in his work and a very friendly person. However, the attitude of the reception staff is unfortunately not good. I believe they should work on improving themselves in this regard and learn how to speak to and treat people who come there for treatment.
As a long term patient, I can't speak more highly of Jim and his fabulous team as they go way above and beyond at all times. It's very rare to find a practitioner who is not only a leader and expert in their field but also has such an amazing ability to relate and care for his patients: To the point that you don't feel like a number but part of the family.
