Very unprofessional judgmental,, broke HIPAA laws plus medical malpractice on forging a blood test ... Nurse Amy was very unprofessional,, in the way she talks to people, they gossip & spread lies.... SMH they lost my business .. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED They where lying about what wasn't in my blood ,I have pictures showing I had a pain patch on three days before my blood test on a seven day patch plus I take a pill... IF EVERYTHING WAS ON THE UP & UP my medication would've shown in my blood test,, the voicemail from Nurse A... read more
