Very friendly but wife went over dual insurance with them with approval from them, and the day of the procedure they said they've never heard of having 2 insurance so they wouldn't take 2. Went to different dentist who said they do 2 insurances all the time. Called Axe office to get x-rays and they said "we don't close for lunch someone is always here". So i came and no one is here, door locked, and recording says they close for lunch. 1:15 and they just showed up.
I moved here from Florida did not know where to go, a friend recommend Dr. Axe, he did a root cannel and a crown, did a really good job, he and his staff were very nice, he is now my go to Dentist
Today was my first and last visit at this place. Dr.Axe can barely move , all their tools are rusty and dirty , very old equipment, and just a very unpleasant overall experience.
Great friendly staff. Just a great experience from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Very relaxing and laid back office where you don’t have to sit in a waiting room full of people for more than 35 min to a hour.
