I had a very bad stye which I had been battling for 2 weeks but it had not improved. After accompanying my mother to her annual physical our primary care doctor told me if I couldn't get in to see an eye doctor that day to call her back and she would call in a prescription. Well, to make a long story short my old eye physician is no longer on my insurance so I called Island Care and even though I had never been there they fit me in within one hour.
