Always had great bedside manner & took the time to explain things which I appreciated. Post op didn’t update my partner at all & the nurse had to enter discharge instructions because there were none which I didn’t appreciate. This was years ago. But I’d be so much better today if regular gynecologists would stop performing endometriosis surgeries & start referring those to excision specialists. Hope this helps someone going forward.

Dr Placek is the BEST! When I was in the hospital to deliver my son, nurses rushed into my room as my baby wasn't breathing. Dr Placek was the doctor on call which I've never met! I was scared and very nervous but when she came to introduce herself, she was calm and ensured me that she was going to take care of me and the baby! She delivered her promise! I loved how calm and caring she was. I will always follow her as finding a good doctor is really hard!
I finally found a doctor who listens and answered all my questions.
