I believe Dr ODonnell ignored my symptoms of a compression syndrome because a older colleague of hers had done the same and it felt like she was more worried about this than her patients well-being. Whist I appreciate the syndrome being rare, her outdated information and unwillingness to listen ended up with a delayed diagnosis for me. I'd hoped a female doctor would be more responsive to my concerns however I was wrong.
Jill is very experienced, extremely meticulous and thorough .Exactly what you want in a surgeon . She also has a very warm , kind and clear way of communicating. We are so lucky to have her on the coast .

Back in November last year I underwent my first operation on my LH Leg re varicose vein surgery with Dr Jill O’Donnell. I was experiencing a lot of groin pain & ongoing issues with infection down around my feet area. Then in January I had my RH leg done. Hi Jill. This has been the most enlightening experience . You diagnosed my problem before I could introduce myself. Then aligned others to sort my issues and treat within an urgent space of time. 2 weeks in and I’m confident that you hit the nail on the head. (I have similar looking feet.)🤠
