I was in a lot of pain for no obvious reason (or a specific injury that I could relate the pain to) and I went into Jill to get some help. She is quick but thorough and after one session I’m already feeling much better. My movement improved and she gave me some exercises to do that were simple but effective and helping me stay pain-free. She is a lovely person and I would highly recommend going to her for chiropractic care.
