Don't even bother making an appointment for New patients, they are so rude. I called them to ask when they will taking appointments again after they move to their new office, and whoever is answering the phone, is extremely rude before even I finished my sentence she cut me to Tell me to find another doctor. Just like that. I guess they are doing very well that don't care about new patients.
This review is for the Dr. Mazza’s staff. We arrived and told us that the insurance did not go through so I gave mom’s insurance card. And all was good but they said they don’t accept Medi-Cal and we have to pay $176 for the first appointment and $80 for follow-up. My mom is 86 years old and have difficulty walking (note that their office is at the end of the bldg and it’s a long walk for someone like my mom). Dr Mazza is the best doctor for ear nose throat issues, I go for maintenance twice a year and she’s a professional skilled doctor; however, her front desk personnel are the most non-professional with the worst attitude and zero customer service abilities possible. I would give 5 star to Dr Mazza, but zero star to the front office personnel….
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Mazza for tinnitus, but the day before, I developed a sore throat. During the visit, Dr. Mazza examined my throat and suggested it might be viral since nothing was visibly amiss. Unfortunately, two days later, I ended up in urgent care and was diagnosed with strep throat and an upper respiratory infection.
