Great practice, great office staff, easy to get into appointments and the doctors are always attentive and kind
I was a little wary coming into my new patient meeting with Dr. Jill because I'd had a previous bad experience with a doctor at this practice. Dr. Jill's nurse Moneke is very friendly, she clearly explained how the practice works and how to get same-day appointments if I need them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I recently moved to the Lansing area. I called BCN and said I needed a new doctor and they said I had to establish a new primary care physician. I set an appointment with Dr. Stephenson-McCole and specifically stated that "I am setting this appointment for the purpose of establishing a new primary care physician in the area." They didn't bill it this way. They refuse to change how they coded it. I keep calling Sparrow who refers me to BCN. Then BCN refers me to Sparrow. This had been going on for months ... read more
