Disappointed. I took my Yorkie puppy for first set of shots which was a pretty good experience but for his second set of shots, the vet tech came and took him to the back while I was still checking in gave him his shots and brought him back out to us. While some may appreciate the quick turn around and basically no wait time, I didn’t like not being with my puppy while he was getting stuck and I didn’t even see the vet at all to ask any questions etc. I wanted to make sure he was gaining weight appropriately etc and they did... read more
We used to love Country Critters, but recently (this past year) they had a new doctor come in; Dr. Jill Cook. My dog had a very large lump attached to his side that was growing very fast. When I took him in, Dr. Cook felt around a bit and said, “I think this lump is bothering you more than it is bothering him.
