Dr. Clark was amazing from start to finish; explained my procedure thoughtfully and in a way that was easy to understand, calmed me beforehand, even stopped by to see me once when I was in the er! I’m grateful to have met her and recommend her to anyone in need!
Office staff are not friendly at all. You’re an inconvenience, and they let you know it. The girls up front were too busy talking about a baby shower to bother with me. The nurse was the absolute worst. Then came Dr Clark... The nurse told her the incorrect problem, and that’s what the Dr ran with. Worst patient service ever. Go with Peter Bossart! I saw Dr. Clark for my first experience, and from what I can tell, she was great. However, her office is terrible. Because of that, I'm giving her 2 stars. With this office, I received the worst customer/patient service that I have ever had. I was scheduled to have surgery on a Friday.
