Dr. Bussey and her dental hygienist provided me with the best dental experience I ever had. I felt well taken care of by the doctor and staff, just like family. I was educated on my dental status and was given various choices of which option will best suit my dental complexities. In the past with other dental agencies I felt pressured into accepting expensive dental care scams beyond my understanding. Not Dr. Bussey, she took her time and explained everything throughly. I really appreciated their service.
I had a terrible experience here. One of my teeth was chipped during a filling, I was told I needed nine fillings (second and third opinions told me I needed only one), and after they had laid out costs and I had paid, they ended up calling back and telling me I owed more. I feel scammed.
Dr. Bussey has the poorest level of customer service there is. Her staff is what made me gave 2 stars.

I've been going to Dr. Bussey for years now and have always had a positive experience. I've gone to other dentists and have gotten the feeling that I'm there for a sales pitch but have never felt that way here. Dr. Bussey knows her stuff and I feel like I'm in good hands. The dental hygenist for my last cleaning, Randa, did a fantastic job. She was gentle and thorough. Thank you all for the amazing service!
