I’ve only been seeing Jill for the past month, she seems amazing. But the communication at this place is horrible. Every time I leave an important message they never, and I mean NEVER get back to me. Extremely aggravating and stressful.
If I could give no stars I would. This office is horrible. I became a patient in 2017 seeing Jill. At the beginning things ran smoothly and she prescribed me my medications I needed. After a while appointments became hard to come by with her, which in turn became constant calls for her to refill my scripts. I finally got an appointment with her to go over everything and then 2 weeks later the secretaries call and say jill is going out for surgery and doesnt have any open appointments.
