I was a patient for about 10 years with a history (three generations) of family blindness due to glaucoma. I experienced some recent changes in my eyes so called for an appt. I called 3 times over a one month period and had to leave a message each time as no one answers the phone, and then finally asked for an appt. through the patient portal. I have some problems after cataract surgery (in another hospital), Dr. Smith treated me responsibly and made a plan to treat me step by step. I have made big improved. I am really appreciate her!
Easy going manner with zero attitude, highly skilled and knowledgable. Saved my eyesight. Only wish more doctors interacted in a similar way.
Dr. Smith is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and listens very well. She came highly recommended some 15 years ago and I have never had cause to question the recommendation.
