Lack of respect towards the patient — more than 1 hour waiting. Zero empathy. The lady even pointed at us with her finger to have a seat — very rude! We are paying you, yet we have to repeat our needs over and over. Zero empathy, zero solidarity. Patients are treated like just a number so you can get paid. Don’t go there!!!
Worst Dr ever in terms of helping people with INSURANCE CLAIM process. His team of assistants and hims are the laziest staff in ONTARIO. If you have to claim your insurance benefits I recommend change your FAMILY PHYSICIAN. Pathetic dr and staff
