Only giving one star because I can’t leave “0”. This company overcharged me by $520 & refused to allow me to be seen for my appointment until I paid them another $30, which was an overcharge of $10. They are not in this for patient health, only the money
I don't write reviews unless it is really deserved, and by that if it's a over the top customer service or a piss poor excuse for a service it will get a review. For the most part the medical side of the whole interaction with Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando was good. but when it comes to their billing system it is totally a failure. You will pay your office visit up front before you even see anyone which is a standard practice. BUT when you pay and you see your Provider and go on down the road thinking everything ... read more
