Receptionist totally rude. I made an appoinment and clearly ask if they accepted my insurance, they said yes!! When I went there, they didn't even take the time to say goodmorning the only thing they could say was. "We don't accept that insurance" with a totally nasty attitude.

I've been coming here since the early 90s and have always had an amazing experience with Dr. H. Patel. Of late, I've been seen by J. Patel, but I have had no issues at all. Dr. Patel's main receptionist, Esther, has always treat me and my wife with respect and kindness. I wish H. Patel was there more, simply because we have more of a history, but I'm hoping to develop a good relationship with J. Patel also.

Patel Jigar B in my opinion is incompetent. I feel he neglected my grandmother who passed from a uti/sepsis in 2015. We feel she was sent to ICU, way too late. When she passed away, he told us that she was not "09 years old, she was 90 years old" with a smirk on his face. Nervous maybe? Or just plain rude. I hope he always remembers her name. the doctor are always good ,and accurate with my medical issues ,but this comment goes more to advise doctors to give inservice to staff of how to deal with people,as doctor can loose clientele due to bad staff service,experience talk!!
