Very poor front desk experience. I came for an immigration medical exam with valid vaccination records, but the front-desk Chinese nurse did not understand USCIS regulations and wrongly insisted that I had to get vaccines I did not need. I had to personally print out the USCIS rules and bring them back for the doctor to review. The doctor agreed and issued a refund. What made this worse was the nurse’s attitude.
