Dr Ling always has a positive and receptive demeanor. I feel like she listens to my concerns and gives me honest feedback. My appointments always start on time.
I’ve been Dr Ling’s patient since 2022 and the experience has been great. For existing patients, Dr Ling is easy to schedule (typically in the same week) and she also offers tele appointment which was convenient. The front office team is also very responsive - they work until late evenings to keep patients updated on their x-ray results (instead waiting until the day after to call), and would also follow up if there are issues worrying monitoring.
I and my family have been with Dr. Ling for years since we moved to bay area and would highly recommend her. She cares her patients and is very responsible. I had severe abdominal pain and Dr. Ling ordered expedited lab and ultrasound orders for me so I was able to get treatment as soon as possible. Besides, her front desk has good communication and is very responsible. Updated Nov 2024 TLDR: DO NOT RECOMMEND due to chaotic management and potential extra charges Here is what happened today: I called around 9am to ask if the doctor can send my EXISTING prescription to a WALLGREENS in Las Vegas because I am out of town and forgot to bring it. The person took the phone and said ok, she'd ask the doctor around lunch time. Passed lunch time, around 2, I called again, the person said she'd ask. Nothing happened.
