I visited Dr. Jibran Khan for my first appointment recently. I thought Dr. Khan was very nice and attentive. The Doctor seemed to take all of my concerns seriously and was very helpful. The nurse and the front desk personnel were also kind and helpful. My appointment was scheduled for very late in the day so I expected the doctor to be running a bit late but they weren't, I was in and out relatively quickly. All-in-all I am glad I have gone with Dr. Khan's office.
I've had all good experiences with Dr Khan and Jackie. Both are professional and friendly.
My husband was a patient of Dr. Khan and hadn't gone to see him for a while because he didn't have issues. Lately he has serious issues and all the specialists and the hospitals have been sending his office copies of his results and when I call to make an appointment the same rude receptionist he's always had told me he's not accepting new patients. I don't even think the Dr. is aware she's doing this. The website says accepting new patients, even though he's not a new patient. I wouldn't recommend this office! They'll turn ... read more
