Very disappointed in the way the receptionist handled an order request. I was very polite when I mentioned that if we cannot resolve this issue with the order I am done here. Then she yelled don’t threaten me and I was shocked on her aggressive behavior. Very unprofessional. I am done with this Doctor’s office. That’s a statement, not a threat.
Dr. Liu is great! I have been a patient of hers for nearly a decade. She is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to; she is open to trying different options regarding treatments. While I have had to wait past my appointment time on a few occasions, I know that she will not rush my appointment time and will devote her attention to me. However, I have also been able to be seen before my appointment time, as well, when it is unusually slow. Whitney and Brandy are awesome, too.
