Dr. Gu took me into his office to lecture me(with my 12 year old) about being late. This was my third child with braces, never late once. I ran into issues on the way to the appointment, called in to let them know i could reschedule if needed, they said it was fine to go ahead and come in. When I got there, he called me into the office to lecture me. Very rude and unprofessional as I had been there all these years, never once late. WORST.STAFF.EVER!!! I went as an 11 year old and was told that I couldn't look at my mom. Then, the Doctor says that she wouldn't be with me for all of my appointments and wouldn't deal with a ton of broken brackets. He disrespected me (an 11 year old) and my mother. If I could do 0 stars, I would. I found an orthodontist closer, and more respectful to me.
Very happy with the results for my daughter’s teeth! Very busy, but fast paced office, might need a little work on the staffs kindness.
