I am a returning patient after 10+ years. My orthodontist referred me to Dr. Chung then and now. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and doctor. I love how the doctor is concerned about her patients being comfortable and completely pain free. I had a great experience with this doctor and staff.

The receptionist had a very poor attitude. I told her that I had a referral for a root canal treatment and wanted to know whether my insurance would be accepted. Instead of answering my question, she hung up on me.

~ EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE, IMPATIENT, & RUDE ~ Spoke with the receptionist. Sent her a referral letter via e-mail to show her which tooth needs to be operated on for a root canal. After looking at the schedule, she got very impatient and told me it would be better to just go somewhere else. She raised her voice at me. She told me to not call anymore. I called back and the phone started to go into a busy signal on purpose. VERY RUDE. Almost impossible to work with her.

Really rude customer service. I called to make an appointment for my family member and the front desk receptionist told that I needed a referral. I requested if she can recommend me a general dentistry that they work with, but she hanged up on me.
