~ EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE, IMPATIENT, & RUDE ~ Spoke with the receptionist. Sent her a referral letter via e-mail to show her which tooth needs to be operated on for a root canal. After looking at the schedule, she got very impatient and told me it would be better to just go somewhere else. She raised her voice at me. She told me to not call anymore. I called back and the phone started to go into a busy signal on purpose. VERY RUDE. Almost impossible to work with her.

Really rude customer service. I called to make an appointment for my family member and the front desk receptionist told that I needed a referral. I requested if she can recommend me a general dentistry that they work with, but she hanged up on me.

If you need a root canal done, this is the Dentist that you want to have service you. About 4 years ago I had a number of root canals done. Dr Chung was patient, caring and very professional. I had no pain and she made sure to explain the procedure as she went along. Out of 5 stars, I give her 10. Her office is nice, clean and spacious. You never have to wait an extended period of time. Best endodontist ever. She was the only doctor to offer me the root canal retreatment. The root canal I had done a long time ago went wrong and it was in a really bad condition. All other dentists told me to take the tooth out and get implants. Even the Dr.Chung couldn't guarantee the result. But my condition improved a lot in a year after I was treated by Dr.Chung. If I hadn't come here, I would have taken out a tooth that can be treated and had an implant done. Thank you very much, Dr.Chung.
