Very unorganized. Showed up on time and waited 30 minutes with an appointment. Also, over billed $200.
I was scheduled for ultrasound Saturday at 11am it's currently 12:14pm other patients also been delayed 1 to 2+ hours
Great doctors at this office. Had an urgent event where my daughter lost partial hearing. They fit her in same day. My entire family goes to this office for years. Even had surgery done by Dr Tan. This practice is excellent. I myself have worked in healthcare for years so I know what I’m talking about. Thank Doctors Jesse and Jesus Tan. Please note I have left a review before this is from a recent visit. Was really worried about my daughter and they saw her immediately
I took my 86 year old mother in for an annual check up on her ears. The office did not run authorization with the insurance until moments before the appointment where an annual hearing test was denied. This office called me to make sure I was coming to the appointment, but they didn't bother running an authorization until the last minute, wasting our time. We will never return to Dr. Tan.
