I have been trying to get Dr. Lovera’s authorization sent to my pharmacy to renew my prescription for a pain medication that I take to combat the burning from nerve pain since Dec. 28, and today is Jan. 7! Every time I call the office I have to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to finally answer my call, then I get the same story: We’re gonna send it in to his nurse.
