This is the worst doctor I've ever met in my life. As a new patient they billed me for everything. I went for my physical they added all sorts of unnecessary bloodwork not covered by my insurance and even though I caught it and pointed it out and declined the bloodwork they stated I refused the testing and got charged for it anyway! I've never even had an appointment from this provider; however, the front staff is absolutely horrible. I tried to get an appointment, and the front staff is not polite, compassionate, sympathetic or empathetic. I would rather go to a dentist than have my family or friends get treated rudely by this staff. This was not a one-time occurrence, either. I wish that I could select 0 stars below. Trust me...steer clear!
Been my primary for about a year and have never had any issues and he is very patient and compassionate. He really cares about his patients and the staff is great. He also inquires about the staff and how they are doing so in addition to focusing on health he cares about great customer service
I went to see this doctor everyone is telling me about, great communication I will definitely keep as him as myprimary
I had gall bladder surgery then next day another procedure had to be in the hospital longer than anticipated. Dr Yanes was there every day to check on me and had continued that care even during my recovery. He is so compassionate and cares about his patients. You think his day begins when he walks in the office. No he was at the hospital around 6 am and some evenings after hours. Office staff is just as wonderful.
