I scheduled this appointment a while ago, filled out all pre-work ahead of time, and waited in the Zoom for 20 minutes. Dr. Thomas decided to not show up. I really needed my prescription refilled.
Dr. Thomas is a caring, open physician who takes time to know me as an individual and a patient. She cares about my overall wellbeing and never rushes me out of an appointment. She and the Everside Health staff at the office are so responsive online as well. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas.
I entered R-Health and met Dr. Thomas and Dr. Perez-Steele. They are kind, intelligent and very thorough with explanations. I really enjoy the short wait time, the great staff and the attention to the patient, something I have not had in any other practice.
Dr. Thomas is accessible, approachable, and authentic. She makes me feel so comfortable and confident in my health practices and in my wellness journey. She is exactly the type of GP I have been searching for for years!

Not sure if my last review registered into the system. Dr. Thomas (and her staff) is exceptional. She truly cares and wants to serve as a healthcare provider. During our first visit I could immediately tell she familiarized herself with my medical history. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, flexible, and very responsive by phone and Spruce (text app). I genuinely feel like she cares about me and my family. When it comes to medical professionals, she is really a breath of fresh air.
