I have been going to Dr. Te for many years and have received consistently good care. He spends time with his patient. My appointments may take longer but that is because he discusses things in detail. When you call his office you actually talk to a live person and not a voicemail. My friends who I have referred to his practice are also very pleased.
My January 28, 2025 visit with Dr. Jessie D. Te was highly disappointing and fell short of professional standards. Despite a scheduled appointment, I waited nearly 90 minutes. During the exam, the doctor exited over five times to see other patients, leaving me unattended. This fragmented care felt disrespectful and inefficient. I was referred to Dr. Te by my cardiologist after my previous PCP left the area. Dr. Te was very thorough & asked a lot of questions about my previous medical history & current health issues. He also pays close attention to details & explains test results in a manner that I as a layperson can easily understand. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a doctor.
Dr Te listens and asks the right questions. These traits are a rarity among health providers now a days. I would recommend him without reservation. I’m happy to be one of his patients.
I would give Dr. Te a 5 rating on his medical care of my family, but I give him a zero on caring for caring for the need of evacuating my father for his mental capacity without an appointment. I was not even a reason for the denial. Avoid this doc, he does not care.
Worst ever.
He doesn't take time to understand not every patient agrees with him. Every visit asks same questions about history, it's on his computer but he just spent a few minutes and runs around. The office has lost all their terrific assistants and new ones every visit, unexperienced. Office staff is not the same. Since the pandemic the overall care has gone down. I was referred to Dr. Te by my oncologist as I needed a new general practitioner. Dr. Te spent his time with me, asked a lot of questions, and followed up after my initial appointment. My second appointment was virtual and again he spent time explaining my blood test results ensuring that all my questions were answered. His office staff was very friendly.
I have much faith in Dr. Te's skills as a doctor. He is thorough and makes sure all your health needs are met. He reviews all your labs with you and makes sure there isn't anything abnormal. I don't mind a doctor that takes his time with his patients. You may have a bit of a wait at times but he is worth it.
