I thought she was great. I don’t understand all the bad reviews lol. No need to reschedule
I have been dealing with so much mentally hoping for a solution and as soon as i stepped into her office i was faced with so much negativity. she yawned and zoned out multiple times during our conversations and i felt extremely under appreciated! if you gather anything from this, don’t go to her.
Read the reviews prior to my appointment and didn't let them discourage me. Fact is, she's a lovely Doctor who does accel at making comfort a priority. If you are a Vet talk to her just as you would any other counselor at ebh and you'll feel the exact same way. The evaluations are voluntary so at anytime you can leave if you feel your medical expectations aren't being met. I had a great visit.
Dr. Twehues gave very welcoming and understanding vibes. She would def be someone I would go back to regularly if that was an option. Our appointment only lasted for 30 minutes but the longer it went the more comfortable I felt with the DR. It’s hard for me to talk to new people and not feel judged or feel looked down on so I do stay guarded with my issues.
