If I could give a zero I would. The staff is horrible.
Dr. Rhinehart-Ventura is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen to her patients. She’s extremely professional, yet brings a level of understanding and empathy that only another woman can provide. I completely trust her with my care and have highly recommended her to several friends and relatives. I always feel heard, respected, and well cared for during every visit. 1000% recommend!
One of my family members recommended Dr. Rhinehart and I thought she was sweet and easy to talk to. I was recently dismissed from her practice for noncompliance for I guess not scheduling appointments. I’m at 28 weeks and can’t find anyone who will take me this far into pregnancy or accepting transfers so it’s kind of annoying I wasn’t given a warning or told being dismissed was a possibility. I don’t blame Dr Rhinehart herself because I’m sure she’s busy and might have just gone off what someone told her to OK my dismissal.... read more
