Dr Ruffin is attentive , has great bed side manner and always shares insight to help me be my healthiest . She answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed or stressed about my needs.
She has been the best doctor i could ever ask for. For 16 years she gone above and beyond for my care and questions. She listens, returns calls, she gives guidance and time for you to make a choice for yourself. She's amazing.
Dr. Ruffin is the OBGYN/doctor in town. She cares and she's knowledgeable and she educates her clients. I feel she has a soft touch approach backed by years of experience and wisdom. If you are in need of an OBGYN please do not consider another doctor. It's hard to find a doctor who genuinely cares in Memphis. She is the exception!
Was NOT nice, acted like she was ready to go and didn't listen to any of my concerns and didn't answer any of my questions.I still left with the same problems I walked in with and I still have to pay for basically getting nothing solved. Which is money and my time wasted.. Was my first time visiting and I definitely won't be back. And just because I'm 21 doesn't mean I've been sexually active.. I’m not quite sure what happened with my appointment, however I called June 25th to schedule an appointment & for some odd reason it didn’t schedule. Which is extremely an inconvenience for me due to lay offs happening at my job and is losing insurance after aug 31st. I rescheduled for September, but it was just an inconvenience what if I never got a job and no insurance to cover my appointment. That was definitely rain on my parade. Hope this never happens to anyone else.
