I just tried to make an appointment and was denied due to my child has a commercial insurance along with Tenncare! I’ve heard good reviews about Dr. Ruffin and my daughter is transitioning from a pediatrician. To be told she can’t be seen due to her having tenncare is absurd. Is this a business or patient care! I even opted to only use her commercial insurance and just pay her copay and was told it’s policy. Dr Ruffin is attentive , has great bed side manner and always shares insight to help me be my healthiest . She answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed or stressed about my needs.
She has been the best doctor i could ever ask for. For 16 years she gone above and beyond for my care and questions. She listens, returns calls, she gives guidance and time for you to make a choice for yourself. She's amazing.
